Supports into Self Employment

In 2015 Southside Partnership supported 229 unemployed people in accessing payments to help them become self-employed. From January 2010 to December 2015 Southside Partnership has helped 1,625 unemployed people to create jobs for themselves and become self-employed.

Our support services to those thinking of becoming self-employed include:

 One-to-one guidance on progressing your business idea.

 Support in applying for the DSP Back to Work Enterprise Allowance (BTWEA)
and Short Term Enterprise Allowance (STEA).

 Access to self-employment related training.
